And now, in a natural extension of our expectations, we intend to recognize "The Best of The Best of The Best" with some really great awards!
Each January CMG Atlanta Radio holds our annual Make A Difference "Herbies" Awards Ceremony. One employee from each of the workgroups will be recognized for her/his outstanding performance of going above and beyond over the course of the previous year. All but one of those winners will receive a $1,000 cash award in appreciation of her/his extraordinary efforts.
One of the finalists will be selected as the overall M.A.D. annual difference-maker and will receive a $5,000 cash award in appreciation of her/his efforts.
The Make A Difference, or M.A.D., monthly awards acknowledge one employee in each of several different workgroups for his/her exceptional efforts to make a difference – to go above and beyond – with extra effort to positively affect our business operation and/or employee(s) of our operation.
One M.A.D. winner will be selected per month from each of the following areas of our business such as:
Each winner will receive a $100 bonus prize and a “MADallion” identifying his/her estimable efforts. Winners will be determined by a designated department head and presentation of the awards will take place at a monthly gathering.
